We want your arrival and departure at El Bufón de la Corte to feel straightforward and personal. The information below explains the standard times, how the handover works and what we ask you to do before leaving. If your travel plans change, contact us as early as possible so we can tell you what is feasible.
Before you arrive
Please share your expected arrival time before travelling to Carratraca. Every overnight guest must be included in the reservation and complete the legally required guest registration. Keep a valid government-issued identity document available for arrival. More information is available in our guest registration policy.
Check-in
Standard check-in is from 15:00. Frank or Saskia will welcome you personally and explain access to the property, your room and the shared facilities. Your room will be clean and ready for your stay. Access and climate-control equipment are explained during the handover.
Early check-in
Early check-in may be possible when the previous guests have departed and the room can be prepared in time. It is always subject to availability and must be agreed in advance. The client intake currently states that no additional fee is charged, but an early arrival is not confirmed until you receive written approval.
During your stay
Air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms are operated by remote control. In summer, electricity used for air conditioning may be charged per kWh when this is stated in your booking offer or confirmation. Please use all equipment responsibly and tell us promptly if something does not work as expected.
Check-out
Standard check-out is by 11:00. Before leaving, remove your personal belongings and return the gate remote control directly to us. Please leave the room and shared areas in a reasonable condition. If damage or a technical problem occurred during your stay, let us know before departure so we can address it quickly.
Late check-out
Late check-out may be possible when there is no same-day arrival and our housekeeping schedule allows it. Request this in advance. It is subject to availability and is only confirmed in writing. The client intake currently states that no additional fee is charged.
