A cancellation request does not automatically create a right to a full or partial refund.<\/p>\n<h2>How to request a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Send a written request using the contact details in your confirmation. Include the lead guest&#8217;s name, reservation reference, arrival date, amount in question and reason for the request. Do not send complete bank, card or identity-document details through an unsecured message.<\/p>\n<h2>How requests are assessed<\/h2>\n<p>We review the booking channel, confirmed rate, payment received, cancellation date, services already provided and any exceptional circumstances. If you booked through an external platform, that platform&#8217;s refund procedure and confirmed conditions normally apply, and the request may need to be submitted through your platform account.<\/p>\n<h2>Processing an approved refund<\/h2>\n<p>When a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and repayment method in writing. It will normally be returned by an appropriate traceable method, taking account of how the original payment was made. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after we initiate the repayment.<\/p>\n<h2>Bank and currency costs<\/h2>\n<p>The amount received can be affected by bank fees, intermediary charges or exchange-rate movements.
